We Offer Free Quotations to Attend Site & Remove Existing Timber Fascia Boards, Soffit Returns, Bargeboards, Guttering & Downpipe Systems to all Elevations of Main House Roofs & any Other Lower Level Roofs (Extensions, Porches, Garages etc) Clearing all Associated Rubbish from Site. Once Structural Timbers to Customers Roofs are Fully Exposed we Inspect for Signs of Decay. If any Decay is Found & Remedial Works are Required before we Install New UPVC Roofline Products, we will always Show Customers what we have Found, then Discuss & Agree any Additional Works or Costs before Proceeding to Rectify. In Various Colours & Finishes we Offer 18mm UPVC Fascia Boards (With or Without Continuous Trickle Vents either Fitted Out of Site to the Upper Edges of New UPVC Fascias or Alternatively Fitted Visibly to the UPVC Soffit Returns, we also Offer UPVC Bargeboards with Soffit Returns to Gable Elevations of Roofs. Our Specification of Works Generally Includes Introducing New Additional Treated Timber Soffit Bearers to all Exposed Rafter Feet (Fitted to Ensure New UPC Soffit Returns are Securely Fastened with Regard to Movement on Windy Days etc) + we Introduce New Heavy Gauge Black Under Felt Drip Membranes which will be Neatly Dressed Up Under the Original Roofing Felt then Over Top Edge of New UPVC Fascia Boards & Down into New Plastic Guttering & Downpipe Systems. Rainwater Products are Available in Various Colours & Shapes, which Customers can Discuss with Our Staff & we always Include all Relevant Outlets + Unions + Fixing Brackets.

We will always ensure that our Fitting Teams work Within Current UK Health & Safety Rules from Safe Platforms. Once we have visited Customers Properties to Assess what Platforms are Required, we will then advise each individual customer in writing of what Platforms we have Included or Itemised in Our Written Quotation.
